Terms of Service

Account Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Crosbird.

User Roles: You may register as a Creator, Brand, or Agency. Each role has specific responsibilities and features within the platform.

Payments & Escrow: Campaign funds are held in escrow until contract milestones are verified. Payouts are processed via Razorpay within 7 business days.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant Crosbird a license to display it on the platform.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes are handled through our internal arbitration process. You agree to attempt resolution before legal action.

Termination: You may close your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Crosbird may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
